The job
Our
product, Brandero, helps companies recruit the right employees for their vacant
positions. We are pretty good at that; actually more than 850 customers have
started using our solution within the last ten months. We do, however, aim
higher than that. A lot higher: We are planning to expand to other markets in
2019.
In order to
expand our business the smartest possible way we analyze our performance both
vertically and horizontally: We compare industries, job titles, sales funnels,
retention and churn rates and similar. This is where you come into the picture:
We need a dedicated specialist that can dig into Excel, Geckoboard or Power BI
and make information actionable in e.g. our e-mail system, online campaigns or
simply give input to the sales team.
The candidate
The
candidate we are looking for is both analytical and practical. In other words,
you should be able to spot trends based on various data sources and structure
those in a way that clearly marks the next step. Your input will be highly
appreciated throughout the entire organization and you will update both the
management and the sales team on a daily basis.
You are by
nature more into start-up companies, KPI metrics that actually matter and being
agile rather than waiting for steering committees and clearly defined
processes. Although the position is not strictly related to communication, you
are able to make your points accessible to people with limited skills in data
analysis.
If you are
experienced in digital marketing or conversion optimization that is definitely
a good thing, but it is not a requirement.
